Bombing

15 years ago today, tragedy struck Oklahoma City and our nation.

This is the fence where visitors have hung personal items to honor the dead.  There is
everything you can imagine hanging here.

This is a  beautiful memorial.  If you ever have  a chance, please go and visit.  I have been there many many times, and it never fails to bring tears to my eyes.  This truly is an example of man's inhumanity to man.  The city/state/nation have done a remarkable job on the museum.  There is a small admission fee but, it is well worth it.  It is a unique experience and one you will never forget.
 Peace and God Bless!

Being an Oklahoman, this is very moving. My brother is a retired fireman and was there. I still remember the day the bombing took place. I was at home with my new born daughter and had the tv on. What a tragedy for OK and our nation. The Memorial is beautiful, you're right. Each of those chairs really signifies each unnecessary loss of life.

Thanks for sharing this wonderful post, and for remembering.
